Dear community,
A new third-party provider is going to be available in Dragon City for Android, iOS, Amazon and Windows: TapResearch.
You will be able to complete Surveys in order to gain in-game rewards, such as gems.
The first survey you answer will consist of 10-15 questions to help figure out what kind of person you are and be able to offer you the most relevant surveys. Once this is complete, surveys will be made available for you on a regular basis for you to complete.
Is it available in all countries?
TapResearch currently supports the following countries:
USA, Canada, Great Britain, Brazil, France, Germany, Australia, China, Italy, Spain, Japan, India, Mexico, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Netherlands and South Korea.
Where will I see it?
If available in your territory, it will appear inside the Freebies Island, at the lower right hand side of the screen.

How do I know if I received my reward?
When you have successfully completed a survey, you will be shown a screen thanking you. You will then be instructed to return to Dragon City, then restart the game and once you are back to the islands, your reward will be there.
So, remember to follow the following steps:
1.- Complete a Survey
2.- Return to Dragon City
3.- Restart the game
4.- Once you log in back to the game, you'll get your reward.
I didn’t get my reward. What do I do?
If for any reason you do not receive your reward after seeing this screen, please contact their support team -> https://www.tapresearch.com/ops/support.
Why are there no available surveys?
Remember that TapResearch currently only supports the following countries: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Brazil, France, Germany, Australia, China, Italy, Spain, Japan, India, Mexico, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Netherlands and South Korea.
NOTE: Occasionally, there can be no available surveys or offers that you are a match for. We encourage you to check back frequently as our offers are always changing!
